With an average of nearly 30 years of experience in the water or wastewater industry, our operators provide comfort that waterPOD systems will perform fully to their capability throughout the life of the system. These operators have been thoroughly vetted through a 150-point questionnaire, background check, and 10-panel drug screen, as well as multiple stages of interviews. waterTALENT operators also come with the highest insurance coverages in the industry – $1m workers comp, $5m unencumbered general liability, $5m professional liability, $5m pollution liability, $1m EPLI, and $2m commercial auto liability – in order to provide our customers with complete confidence that waterPOD systems will perform the day they are commissioned.

Financing
As an alternative to an outright purchase, waterPOD is also able to provide flexible financing solutions through its affiliate Aquatecture Holdings. Based on customer preference and project characteristics, waterPOD can arrange for a variety of financing options including:
1. LEASE – A long-term lease allows customers to avoid an upfront capital expenditure by exchanging it for a series of monthly payments and long-term service agreement.
2. BUILD-OWN-OPERATE (“BOO”) – waterPOD can provide a turnkey solution including design, financing, installation and operation under a long-term agreement.
3. TREATMENT AS A SERVICE (“TAAS”) – The TAAS model goes beyond the BOO structure and offers customers a guaranteed volume, quality and availability of water in exchange for a fixed price per unit of water treated.
